At Shoreline Dental Associates, our mission is to provide exceptional dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment. We prioritize our patients oral health and strive to exceed the patients expectations with every visit. We are currently seeking a registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Responsibilities
The candidate must possess a knowledge of dental healthcare, clinical safety rules and caring chair side manner.
· Great and ensure the patient feels as comfortable as possible before their treatment
· Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
· Clean and properly remove plaque
· Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
· Educate patients on proper care
· Take X-rays or impressions
· Maintain documentation for each patient
· Monitor supplies

Our office is located in the Lakeside neighborhood of Duluth. Lester Park is one block away, the Lakewalk is out our back door and beautiful Lake Superior is two blocks away. Our staff enjoys walking during their lunch hour in Lester Park or on the Lakewalk to Brighton Beach. Many amenities are within a 5 minute drive of our office. We work hard as a staff to balance the demands of providing exceptional care for our patients and practicing healthy habits to take care of ourselves.
